FAQ
-
My intention is to provide large-batch meals for the mother (breakfast, lunch & dinners + extra nibbles & treats). Because these foods are designed to be easily-digestible and nutrient-dense, they may begin to feel monotonous over time. Some mothers enjoy supplementing with other favorite foods, but this shouldn’t be necessary.
-
Yes, absolutely, and most people do! Please reach out with any questions.
-
In many cases, yes! We can build a more varied menu for another adult, or add additional portions of the mother’s foods.
-
The postpartum period is a time of intense recovery, and very often, when we load up on easily-digestible nutrients, our bodies can allocate more energy to healing and hormone production. Traditionally, warm, stewed foods (with added medicinal herbs) are considered ideal for this phase!

Hello, I’m Anjali
I’m a mother of two, and have been passionate about the journey of birth and beyond since childhood. I am grateful to have trained as a birth doula with Debra Pascali-Bonaro in NYC. I hold an MA in Psychology, and before having my children, worked in early childhood education.
I feel deeply honored to support clients during their sacred postpartum period.
